I am really super dooper excited about 2013, for many reasons, but the one I'm going to talk about today is a project called 'Beyond Clueless'. We've social-networked it already on Twitter and Facebook, so apologies if you're bored already. But you know what, this is your life, take responsibility for your own entertainment.

I love graphic novels. At first I found it a pretty daunting world to get into, but pretty soon I realised there are mountains of books out there, perfect publications for everyone. These are my current favourites.

We went on tour with Robyn in October/November and I completely fell in love with her. Normally when you do a support tour you don't get to see the headline act that much. Emmy The Great and I covered this track in our latest Sassfactor Podcast. I just wish we could recreate the video. I would kill for one of those white parkas. Also, what's with the goggles?
You can hear our version on our Poocast at iTunes or Soundcloud.
This is my 3rd favourite Christmas song of all time. In case anyone is doing a poll. Or Pie Chart.
Miss you Pie Charts.
It's so nearly Christmas, I can feel it sneaking up behind me, ready to suprise me with way too much food, and plenty of good feeling. This is one of my favourite Christmassy recipes, a crumble is always a classic, but the addition of mincemeat makes it gloriously festive.

I miss writing, and I wanted to have somewhere to do it that didn't require a lot of HTML or scheduling. With my last blog I was happy with the design but it took me about 5 hours to upload anything because I'm an idiot and I'd made it really complicated.
I also really wanted to start my own online magazine but there was never time and also a lot of people who were interested wanted to write about music and um...well...
So I probably won't talk about music here, but I will talk about other things like clothes and films and TV shows and people and I'll promise to include a lot of guessed-at facts and vague political opinions.
David Cameron looks like a potato!
